ARC, Sheba Medical Center’s innovation platform, collaborates with Deloitte Consulting to develop and launch worldwide Future of Health project.
A revolutionary transformation of healthcare could result from a new collaboration agreement signed on June 13 between the ARC innovation center of Sheba Medical Center, Israel’s largest medical center, and Deloitte Consulting.
“Deloitte has been working for years to transform the industry into the Future of Health, a world in which digital medicine, personalized patient care, early engagement before disease, and health and wellness are integrated into daily life,” said Asif Dhar, vice chair and US Life Sciences and Health Care leader for Deloitte.
Since its establishment in 2019, Sheba’s ARC (Accelerate, Redesign, and Collaboration) platform has already been implemented in medical centers from North America to Australia, including Bahrain, noted Sheba Chief Transformation and Innovation Officer Dr. Eyal Zimlichman.
“The partnership between Sheba and Deloitte marks a significant milestone and advances our shared vision for the global healthcare system,” Zimlichman said.
The collaboration will focus on bringing medical innovation and implementation – including AI, femtech, digital healthcare tools and more – to hospitals, health systems, governments and policymakers worldwide.
Deloitte operates in more than 150 countries and territories, including a network of professionals serving the healthcare industry. In collaboration with ARC, Deloitte Consulting aims to provide additional services in cybersecurity, financial consulting and more.
“Beyond being a first-of-its-kind collaboration in Israel, this is significant and momentous news, said Ilan Birnfeld, chairman and CEO of Deloitte Israel.
“The combination of Deloitte Consulting LLP’s extensive efforts in Israel and globally, in collaboration with ARC, will serve as fertile ground for the dissemination of Israeli innovation and become a substantial force in helping to shape the future of healthcare
